Account setup

Before you get started with the Data Collection Tool, an initial account setup is required to access the necessary portals and apps.

Account setup

To set up your account: 

  1. Open your email. 

  2. Find the Acorn email from sender acorn-dct@rabobank.com. Missing email? Check the spam folder. 

  3. Copy the invitation code in the email. 

  4. Open the link, fill in the details and create your account. 

  5. Fill in the required fields, including first name, last name, invitation code, and email address. 

Click submit to create your account.

If you’ve entered the six-digit code and it gives the following error: “Activation code not found”, the email address used to log in was incorrect.
